HIIT It
One of the top excuses that people use to justify not exercising is, “I just don’t have the time.” There is always time, but it can seem like sometimes there are not enough hours in the day. Luckily fitness experts and scientists have been studying different ways to get in exercise in a few minutes each day. There was even a recent study that found people will benefit from just four minutes of each day. That’s only twenty-eight minutes a week! If you don’t have twenty-eight minutes a week to exercise then you might want to reevaluate some things in your life.
There is a catch though. The study that was done determined that those four minutes had to be intense exercise. So how do you get in that intense activities to reap the benefits? Something called HIIT will be your best bet. HIIT is the acronym for high intensity interval training. You train in intervals so that you can really get the high impact without overdoing it.
